Job summary

Accenture is seeking a delivery‑focused SOC professional to lead end‑to‑end engagements across APAC SecOps Modernisation. You will perform SOC maturity assessments, drive detection engineering, and manage log optimisation and SIEM/SOAR migrations.

The role requires strong stakeholder management and hands‑on SIEM/SOAR delivery experience. You will mentor analysts, translate complex findings into business outcomes, and work with multiple platforms and log sources to optimise security operations

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in SOC operations, security engineering, or detection engineering.
• 2–3 years in a delivery‑focused or senior practitioner role.
• Hands‑on experience designing and tuning detection rules in at least one SIEM (Chronicle, Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar, etc.).
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to translate technical findings into executive‑level reports and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SOC maturity assessments aligned to MITRE ATT&CK/NIST CSF/CIS Controls.
• Own detection engineering delivery from gap analysis to rule tuning and content creation.
• Manage log ingestion, data quality, and retention policies.
• Run SIEM/SOAR migration engagements end‑to‑end from future‑state design to build and optimization.
• Act as primary delivery contact for customer engagements, managing stakeholders and milestones.
• Mentor Senior Analysts and contribute to delivery playbooks and methodologies.
• Lead data pipeline deployments across platforms including Bindplane and parsers for non‑standard logs.
