Job summary

Marian Catholic College Kenthurst invites a passionate Music Teacher to join our permanent, full-time staff. You will design and deliver engaging music education, foster a safe and inclusive classroom, and assess student progress within a supportive Catholic learning community.

You will collaborate with colleagues and contribute to our exciting transition to a device-free learning environment for Years 7–10 from 2027, aligning with our mission to inspire creativity, faith, and lifelong learning

Qualifications

• Eligible to teach Music in a secondary school per NSW/NSW ESEA standards.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to create engaging, student-centered music learning.
• Willingness to contribute to school community and Catholic ethos.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Music lessons.
• Create a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Adhere to assessment schedules and maintain records.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support student learning.
• Contribute to the school’s device-free learning transition for Years 7–10 starting 2027.
