Job summary

CREST Education Ltd. seeks a Mathematics Curriculum Leader for the Rivercrest campus in Clyde North, Melbourne, starting 20th January 2027.

You will lead engaging, standards-based Mathematics programs for secondary students and support curriculum development and assessment analysis. The successful candidate will hold VIT registration, demonstrate strong organisational skills, and have experience in curriculum leadership and student teacher growth.

Qualifications

• VIT registration and commitment to professional learning.
• Passion for teaching Mathematics at the secondary level.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Proven field-work experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and rigorous Mathematics programs aligned with the Victorian Curriculum and College expectations.
• Develop students' mathematical understanding, reasoning, problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of students across a range of abilities, including extension and intervention.
• Analyse assessment data to inform teaching practice and improve student outcomes.
• Support students to develop confidence, resilience and perseverance in Mathematics.
• Oversee the placement and growth of student teachers; ensure development and implementation of curriculum.
