Job summary

JRT Group is seeking an experienced and reliable Dozer Operator to join our team on a 5/4 Lifestyle roster. The successful applicant will operate a dozer and a range of heavy equipment, taking responsibility for decisions when required and working with limited supervision on weekends.

We value reliability, safety, and agility in a busy site environment. HR licence is highly regarded but not essential, and you will contribute to project safety and productivity on site at Stanwell.

Qualifications

• Experience operating dozers
• Competent with loaders, loaders, and excavators
• Alert, agile, and able to respond in busy environments
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Willing to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test
• Non-smoking site requirement
• HR licence preferred but not essential

Responsibilities

• Operate a dozer safely and efficiently
• Confidently operate loaders, Moxy dump trucks and excavators
• Work independently and make operational decisions when required
• Assist with and manage train placements over weekends
• Maintain safety, productivity and site requirements
• Work a 5/4 Lifestyle roster
