Job summary

RJN Cua Vineyards is seeking 45 full-time, seasonal Farming Labourers to commence in November 2026 and work up to 9 months at Red Cliffs, Victoria. Roles include vineyard harvest and maintenance tasks with shifts that may exceed 60 hours per week during peak periods, and occasional weekend/nights/public holidays.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of repetitive movement and able to lift 10kg or more.
• Willing to work outside of ordinary hours including weekends, nights and public holidays.
• Able to pass a police clearance check.
• Consent to regular drug and alcohol checks onsite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in harvest operations day or night as required.
• Perform general upkeep duties of a wine grape vineyard (spraying, slashing, irrigation, post and trellis repair, etc).
• Assist in harvest operations for table grapes, prepare packaging requirements for fruit, and conduct quality inspections for export to domestic and international markets.
• Prepare equipment for Fruit Picking staff and assist with transportation of fruit from the field to cool-rooms.
• Perform general maintenance duties of a vineyard (spraying, irrigation, post and trellis repair, cleaning of equipment).
• Other duties: handle Frozen Fruit and Almond Storage & Export, plus additional adhoc duties as required.
