Job summary

T2 Tea in Australia is seeking a seasonal casual to join its passionate team during the busy holiday period. This isn’t just retail; it’s an immersive tea experience where you’ll help customers discover their perfect brew.

You’ll develop product knowledge, deliver world-class service, handle stock and merchandising, and contribute to a welcoming store culture. Prior customer service or retail exposure is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service experience to every customer.

• Manage high volumes of stock and undertake visual merchandising to provided standards.
• Take care of your own health and safety and the safety of others by following T2 safety policies and procedures.
