Job summary

T2 Tea is hiring a seasonal casual team member to deliver immersive, world-class customer experiences in our Australian stores during the busy holiday period.

You will become a tea expert, expand product knowledge, handle stock and visual merchandising to our standards, and follow safety policies. Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous; enthusiasm and a can-do attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Seasonal casual role during holiday period.
• Strong customer service skills preferred.
• Willingness to learn about tea products.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service experience to every customer.
• Expand knowledge of products and become a tea and brewing expert.
• Manage high volumes of stock and undertake visual merchandising to provided standards.
• Take care of your own health and safety and the safety of others by following safety policies.
