T2 Tea in Australia is seeking a seasonal casual team member to deliver world-class customer service, share tea stories, and guide guests through the brew experience. This role is ideal for someone who loves to create memorable experiences and connect with customers during the busy holiday period.

Based in Sydney stores, you’ll manage stock, assist with visual merchandising, deepen product knowledge, and follow safety policies.

Qualifications

• Act with customer in mind.
• Able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Previous customer service or retail experience advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Provide world-class customer service experience to every customer.
• Continually expand your knowledge of products and become a tea and brewing expert.
• Manage high volumes of stock and undertake visual merchandising to provided standards.
• Take care of your own health and safety and the safety of others by following T2 safety policies and procedures.
