Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Plc is seeking a proactive Merchandiser for the Coburg area in Melbourne. This field-based role covers a defined territory, with travel across sites and a 32-hour week over 4 or 5 days. The position is seasonal with a 3-month fixed term contract.

You will create compelling displays, manage stock, and support promotions while representing the brand professionally at customer sites.

The Opportunity

We areseekinga proactive and organised Merchandiser to manage a defined territory and ensure ourbrandsstand outin every store.You’llplay a key role inmaintainingstrong store relationships, optimising product visibility, and supporting commercial growth through high-quality merchandising and in-store execution.

This is a part-time position (32 hours, across 4 or 5 days), covering the Coburg area. This field-based role requires travel across your territory, servicing a set customer base per day.

We offering this as a seasonal position with a 3 month fixed term contract duration.

Key Responsibilities

• Build engaging product displays to enhance store presence and drive visibility
• Replenish stock,maintainpresentation standards, and execute planograms
• Lead in-store activationsto support promotions and campaigns
• Liaise with store teams, address stock issues, and ensure brand standards are maintained
• Provideaccuratereporting andmaintaina professional presence in all stores

About You

You are dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

In addition, you will have:

• Physical capability to lift our product cases for 8 hours per day (up to 16kg)
• A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory
• Excellent attention to detail with a passion for great presentation
• Professionally presented and confidentrepresentingourbrand at customer sites
• Strong time managementwhile meeting scheduled service requirements
• Experience in merchandising,retail,field operations, or a similar role isadvantageous
