Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Plc is seeking a proactive Merchandiser to manage a defined territory, ensuring our brands stand out in every store. This field-based, part-time role covers Moonah and Sandy Bay, with a 6-month contract and 16 hours per week.

Travel across the territory is required to service a set customer base daily. Key responsibilities include creating engaging displays, replenishing stock, and supporting promotions, while maintaining brand standards.

Competenze

• Reliable and punctual, able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Physical ability to lift up to 16 kg in daily duties.
• Experience in merchandising or retail is advantageous.

The Opportunity

We areseekinga proactive and organised Merchandiser to manage a defined territory and ensure ourbrandsstand outin every store.You’llplay a key role inmaintainingstrong store relationships, optimising product visibility, and supporting commercial growth through high‑quality merchandising and in‑store execution.

This is a part-time position, covering the Moonah & Sandybay area. This field‑based role requires travel across your territory, servicing a set customer base per day.

The role is being offered as a 6 month contract, 16 hours a week with flexible working days.

Key Responsibilities

• Build engaging product displays to enhance store presence and drive visibility
• Replenish stock,maintainpresentation standards, and execute planograms
• Lead in‑store activationsto support promotions and campaigns
• Liaise with store teams, address stock issues, and ensure brand standards are maintained
• Provideaccuratereporting andmaintaina professional presence in all stores

About You

You are dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

In addition, you will have:

• Physical capability to lift our product cases for 8 hours per day (up to 16kg)
• A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory
• Excellent attention to detail with a passion for great presentation
• Professionally presented and confidentrepresentingourbrand at customer sites
• Strong time managementwhile meeting scheduled service requirements
• Experience in merchandising,retail,field operations, or a similar role isadvantageous
