Job summary

ZIMMERMANN is seeking an Omnichannel Stock Coordinator to join our Paddington and Bondi Boutique teams in Sydney. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences, representing the ZIMMERMANN brand with confidence, care and attention to detail.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about luxury fashion who thrives in a refined retail environment, building long-term relationships with clients while working with a team to achieve boutique goals, uphold impeccable

Responsibilities

• Ensure omnichannel orders are processed accurately and efficiently in line with Zimmermann’s global vision.
• Maintain stock room organization in line with back-of-house brand standards to support the wider team.
• Demonstrate high inventory awareness and strong product knowledge.
• Follow stock loss prevention policies to minimize in-store stock loss and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain a high standard of Stock Presentation reflecting the brand directive.
• Promote and uphold WHS policies and procedures.
• Support Leadership Team with training of new team members in Stock and Omnichannel processes.

In this role, you will work closely with your team to achieve boutique goals, uphold impeccable presentation standards, and create memorable, personalised experiences that reflect the essence of ZIMMERMANN.

Key Responsibilities

As a Omnichannel Stock Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

• To ensure omnichannel orders are processed in an accurate, efficient and organized manner in line with Zimmermann’s global vision.
• To ensure the stock room is organized in line with back of house brand standards, that prioritize efficiency for the wider team.
• High level of awareness of the store’s inventory and strong product knowledge.
• To effectively follow stock loss prevention policies to minimize in store stock loss and investigate discrepancies.
• To ensure that a consistent high standard of Stock Presentation is achieved and reflective of the brand directive.
• To promote and always uphold the non-negotiable standards of the work health and safety policies and procedures.
• To support the Leadership Team with new training of all new Team Members in Stock and Omnichannel processes
