Job summary

Scanlan Theodore is seeking Casual Seasonal Client Advisors for our WA boutiques (Claremont and Karrinyup) to deliver exceptional service during the peak summer season from December 2026 to early February 2027.

Join our team to engage clients, build brand loyalty, and support store management in achieving seasonal budgets while developing product knowledge and contributing to visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Past client-facing or customer service experience
• Retail experience is advantageous
• Three days per week availability incl weekend
• Willingness to work peak hours during December–February

Responsibilities

About the role:

We are seeking Casual Seasonal Client Advisors to join our WA Boutiques (Claremont and Karrinyup) during our peak summer season from December 2026 to early February 2027. Our Seasonal Client Advisors will support the Boutique team, building rapport with our clients and ensuring they receive an exceptional client experience.

This role will:

• Maintain a high level of client service and experience
• Welcome and engage with clients, establishing connections to generate brand loyalty
• Support the Boutique management team to increase productivity rates and achieve seasonal budgets
• With support from the Boutique management team, develop product knowledge to support with client interactions.
• Support the Boutique team to efficiently pack online (Ship from Store) orders
• Support the execution of Visual Merchandising standards according to Scanlan Theodore guidelines

Who you are:

• Previous client facing or customer service experience in a relevant industry, previous retail experience is advantageous
• Flexibility to work during peak hours over the seasonal period including weekends, evenings and public holidays as required
• Minimum availability of three days per week across Monday to Sunday, inclusive of one weekend day
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to exercise initiative
• Ability to work within a team to achieve store targets and KPIs
• A brand ambassador
