Job summary

Viktoria & Woods is seeking Seasonal Casual Stylists to join our Australian stores during the busy trading period. You'll help keep boutiques running smoothly, maintain a beautifully presented shop floor, and assist on the shop floor and at the POS to deliver the elevated V&W experience.

The role is hands-on, fast-paced, and requires teamwork, reliability and a keen eye for detail. We value adaptable, customer-focused individuals who can support stock, presentation and daily store priorities.

Qualifications

• A passion for fashion, presentation and being part of a luxury retail environment
• Experience in a retail, stockroom or similar role (fashion retail experience is highly regarded, but not essential)
• Comfortable with the physical side of the role — lifting, bending, restocking and moving stock
• A sharp eye for detail and real pride in how a store looks and feels
• A hard-working, can-do energy and a strong ownership of your work ethic
• An openness to feedback and direction, while also working as an autonomous self-starter where needed
• Flexible availability across the Christmas and summer trading period, including weekends, extended trade and public holidays
• A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to stay calm and organised during our busiest weeks
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Help create a flawless shop floor experience by keeping product lines fully stocked, tidy and beautifully presented throughout the day
• Support the team behind the scenes — receiving, checking and preparing new stock so every delivery hits the floor looking its best
• Support the backroom to ensure it is maintained, organised, efficient and easy to navigate
• Help maintain the high standard of presentation our clients expect, from the front, to back of house
• Assist with visual merchandising set-ups, reflows and window changes
• Jump in on the shop floor and at the POS to support the team during our busiest trading periods
• Work closely with the store team to keep daily priorities on track
• Follow V&W's policies and procedures, including safety, security and stock-handling standards

Located across Australia within 24 locations, we're looking for reliable, hands-on team members to support the day-to-day running of our boutiques. We invite individuals of all backgrounds and experience to bring their energy and reliability to our team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This season, we're expanding our store teams with Seasonal Casual Stylists who help bring the V&W experience to life. You'll play a key role in keeping our boutiques at their very best — supporting the team, maintaining a beautifully presented shop floor, and helping ensure every client is met with the elevated experience V&W is known for.
