Job summary

Viktoria & Woods in Australia is seeking Seasonal Casual Stylists to join our boutiques during peak trading. You will help maintain a beautifully presented shop floor, support stock and front-of-house service, and ensure every client experiences the elevated V&W standard.

We value fashion passion, reliability and the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Flexible availability across Christmas and summer periods, including weekends, is essential.

Qualifications

• Passion for fashion and luxury retail.
• Retail/stockroom experience preferred.
• Comfort with physical tasks (lifting/restocking).
• Sharp eye for detail and store presentation.
• Hard-working, proactive and autonomous.
• Flexible Christmas and summer trading availability.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Keep shop floor fully stocked, tidy and presented throughout the day.
• Receive, check and prepare new stock for the floor.
• Maintain an organized backroom, efficient and easy to navigate.
• Uphold high presentation standards front and back of house.
• Assist with visual merchandising, reflows and window changes.
• Help on the POS during peak trading periods.
• Collaborate with store team on daily priorities and safety standards.

Located across Australia within 24 locations, we're looking for reliable, hands‑on team members to support the day-to‑day running of our boutiques. We invite individuals of all backgrounds and experience to bring their energy and reliability to our team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This season, we're expanding our store teams with Seasonal Casual Stylists who help bring the V&W experience to life. You'll play a key role in keeping our boutiques at their very best — supporting the team, maintaining a beautifully presented shop floor, and helping ensure every client is met with the elevated experience V&W is known for.

The role will:

• Help create a flawless shop floor experience by keeping product lines fully stocked, tidy and beautifully presented throughout the day
• Support the team behind the scenes — receiving, checking and preparing new stock so every delivery hits the floor looking its best
• Support the backroom to ensure it is maintained, organised, efficient and easy to navigate
• Help maintain the high standard of presentation our clients expect, from the front, to back of house
• Assist with visual merchandising set‑ups, reflows and window changes
• Jump in on the shop floor and at the POS to support the team during our busiest trading periods
• Work closely with the store team to keep daily priorities on track
• Follow V&W's policies and procedures, including safety, security and stock‑handling standards

Desired Skills and Experience

YOU WILL BRING

• A passion for fashion, presentation and being part of a luxury retail environment
• Experience in a retail, stockroom or similar role (fashion retail experience is highly regarded, but not essential)
• Comfortable with the physical side of the role — lifting, bending, restocking and moving stock
• A sharp eye for detail and real pride in how a store looks and feels
• A hard‑working, can‑do energy and a strong ownership of your work ethic
• An openness to feedback and direction, while also working as an autonomous self‑starter where needed
• Flexible availability across the Christmas and summer trading period, including weekends, extended trade and public holidays
• A proactive, can‑do attitude and the ability to stay calm and organised during our busiest weeks
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
