Viktoria & Woods is seeking Seasonal Casual Stylists to support our boutiques across Australia during peak trading periods. You will help maintain a beautifully presented shop floor, assist with stock management, and contribute to a premium customer experience.

Ideal candidates have a passion for fashion, strong teamwork, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced retail environment. Weekend and public holiday availability is essential for this seasonal role.

Qualifications

• A passion for fashion, presentation and being part of a luxury retail environment.
• Experience in retail, stockroom or similar role is valued.
• Comfortable with lifting, bending, restocking and moving stock.
• Sharp eye for detail and pride in store appearance.
• Strong teamwork and clear communication skills.
• Flexible availability across Christmas and summer trading periods.

Responsabilités

• Keep shop floor fully stocked, tidy and beautifully presented throughout the day.
• Receive, check and prepare new stock for the floor delivery.
• Maintain a well-organised backroom for efficiency.
• Support front-of-house presentation and customer experience standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising setups, reflows and window changes.
• Assist on the shop floor and at the POS during peak trading periods.
• Work with store team to keep daily priorities on track.
• Follow Viktoria & Woods policies including safety, security and stock handling.

You'll be part of a dedicated team keeping every aspect of the boutique running smoothly for every client who walks through the door — from a beautifully presented shop floor to the behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything on track. It's a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, stays agile under pressure, and takes real pride in supporting the operational rhythm of a V&W boutique.

Located across Australia within 24 locations, we're looking for reliable, hands‑on team members to support the day-to‑day running of our boutiques. We invite individuals of all backgrounds and experience to bring their energy and reliability to our team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This season, we're expanding our store teams with Seasonal Casual Stylists who help bring the V&W experience to life. You'll play a key role in keeping our boutiques at their very best — supporting the team, maintaining a beautifully presented shop floor, and helping ensure every client is met with the elevated experience V&W is known for.

The role will:

• Help create a flawless shop floor experience by keeping product lines fully stocked, tidy and beautifully presented throughout the day
• Support the team behind the scenes — receiving, checking and preparing new stock so every delivery hits the floor looking its best
• Support the backroom to ensure it is maintained, organised, efficient and easy to navigate
• Help maintain the high standard of presentation our clients expect, from the front, to back of house
• Assist with visual merchandising set‑ups, reflows and window changes
• Jump in on the shop floor and at the POS to support the team during our busiest trading periods
• Work closely with the store team to keep daily priorities on track
• Follow V&W's policies and procedures, including safety, security and stock‑handling standards

Desired Skills and Experience

YOU WILL BRING

• A passion for fashion, presentation and being part of a luxury retail environment
• Experience in a retail, stockroom or similar role (fashion retail experience is highly regarded, but not essential)
• Comfortable with the physical side of the role — lifting, bending, restocking and moving stock
• A sharp eye for detail and real pride in how a store looks and feels
• A hard‑working, can‑do energy and a strong ownership of your work ethic
• An openness to feedback and direction, while also working as an autonomous self‑starter where needed
• Flexible availability across the Christmas and summer trading period, including weekends, extended trade and public holidays
• A proactive, can‑do attitude and the ability to stay calm and organised during our busiest weeks
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
