Job summary

T2 Tea in Geelong is seeking a seasonal casual team member to deliver a memorable tea experience during the busy holiday period. This role goes beyond retail, inviting you to connect with customers through stories and the perfect brew.

You’ll learn about our products, manage stock, and contribute to visual merchandising while keeping safety a priority. A friendly, motivated attitude and prior customer service or retail experience are advantageous.

Please note these are fixed-term casual roles from 11 November 2026 until 19 January 2027 to cover the busy holiday period.

About the role

• Provide world-class customer service experience to every customer.
• Continually expand your knowledge of products and become a tea and brewing expert.
• Manage high volumes of stock and undertake visual merchandising to provided standards.
• Take care of your own health and safety and the safety of others by following T2 safety policies and procedures.

• Self-motivated and ready to learn.
• Previous customer service or retail experience advantageous.
