Job summary

T2 Tea in Canberra is seeking a seasonal casual team member to join during the busy holiday period. You'll deliver world-class customer service and help customers discover the perfect brew while learning about our products.

This fixed-term role covers 11 November 2026 to 19 January 2027, offering a lively retail environment, staff discounts, and the chance to be part of a global tea brand within LIPTON Teas and Infusions.

• Continually expand your knowledge of products and become a tea and brewing expert.
• Manage high volumes of stock and undertake visual merchandising to provided standards.
• Take care of your own health and safety and the safety of others by following T2 safety policies and procedures.

• Ready to work in a busy and fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and ready to learn.
• Previous customer service or retail experience advantageous.
