Job summary

T2 Tea is seeking a seasonal casual to join its immersive tea experience in Cairns stores. You will deliver world-class customer service, learn about our premium teas, and assist with stock management and visual merchandising to our standards.

This fixed-term casual role runs from 11 November 2026 to 19 January 2027. Enjoy a 50% staff discount, access to our monthly sales incentive program, and a supportive team culture.

About the role

• Provide world-class customer service experience to every customer.
• Continually expand your knowledge of products and become a tea and brewing expert.
• Manage high volumes of stock and undertake visual merchandising to provided standards.
• Take care of your own health and safety and the safety of others by following T2 safety policies and procedures.

• Acts with customer in mind.
• Ready to work in a busy and fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and ready to learn.
• Previous customer service or retail experience advantageous.
