Job summary

T2 Tea is seeking a seasonal casual to join our passionate team during the holiday period. This role offers a real immersion into our tea world, with opportunities to learn, engage customers and participate in a dynamic retail environment.

As a member of the T2 team, you’ll provide memorable service, expand your product knowledge, and contribute to welcoming store atmospheres across Australia. Competitive pay with a monthly incentive program and staff discounts apply.

Please note these are fixed-term casual roles from 11 November 2026 until 19 January 2027 to cover the busy holiday period.

About The Role

• Provide world-class customer service experience to every customer.
• Continually expand your knowledge of products and become a tea and brewing expert.
• Manage high volumes of stock and undertake visual merchandising to provided standards.
• Take care of your own health and safety and the safety of others by following T2 safety policies and procedures.

About You

• Acts with customer in mind.
• Ready to work in a busy and fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and ready to learn.
• Strong communication skills.
• Previous customer service or retail experience advantageous.
