Job summary

T2 Tea in Adelaide is hiring a seasonal casual to join our busy holiday team. You will deliver world-class customer service and become a tea and brewing expert, helping guests find their perfect brew and sharing stories about our range.

In this fast-paced role you’ll manage stock, assist with visual merchandising to our high standards, and follow safety policies. A friendly attitude, strong communication, and eagerness to learn are key—retail experience is a plus.

About The Role

• Provide world-class customer service experience to every customer.
• Continually expand your knowledge of products and become a tea and brewing expert.
• Manage high volumes of stock and undertake visual merchandising to provided standards.
• Take care of your own health and safety and the safety of others by following T2 safety policies and procedures.

• Ready to work in a busy and fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and ready to learn.
• Strong communication skills.
• Previous customer service or retail experience advantageous.
