Job summary

The Body Shop Australia is seeking a Casual Beauty Advisor to join our Sydney store. You will deliver exceptional customer service on the shop floor and help drive sales while upholding brand values.

You’ll learn customer needs, recommend products, and share The Body Shop philosophy. Previous retail experience is preferred, with strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and openness to daily coaching.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a particular focus on building rapport with customers.
• A team player and be open to receiving daily coaching / feedback from your Store and Assistant Manager.
• A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry
• Confident in reaching store
