Job summary

The Body Shop Australia is seeking Seasonal Casual Beauty Advisors to join our store team. You will deliver exceptional customer service on the shop floor, learn customer needs, and recommend products aligned with The Body Shop philosophy while driving sales and store profitability.

• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a particular focus on building rapport with customers.
• A team player and be open to receiving daily coaching / feedback from your Store and Assistant Manager.
• A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry.
• Confident in reaching store targets and sales.
• An active contributor to our joyful collective by being an agile, tenacious and optimistic team member.
• The ideal candidate will have availability Monday through to Sunday.
