Job summary

The Body Shop Australia is seeking Seasonal Casual Beauty Advisors to support store management in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales on the shop floor in Melbourne.

Ideal candidates have a passion for beauty, strong communication skills, and availability from Monday through Sunday to cover busy retail periods. Training and daily coaching will be provided to help you excel in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building rapport with customers.
• A team player open to daily coaching/feedback from Store and Assistant Manager.
• Genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry.
• Confident in reaching store targets and sales.
• Active contributor to a joyful collective by being an agile, tenacious and optimistic team member.

Responsibilities

• The Beauty Advisor will take the time to learn our customer’s needs and recommend fantastic products that make them feel so good.
• Uphold the values and vision of the company whilst ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies.
• Offer expert advice to our customers and provide an inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy.
