Job summary

The Athlete's Foot in Dubbo is hiring Casual Sales Assistants for the Back to School and Summer season. You’ll help customers find the right footwear, deliver excellent service and contribute to a fast-paced store environment.

This seasonal role runs mid-November 2026 to mid-February 2027, including weekends and public holidays. A positive, energetic team player with a passion for footwear is encouraged to apply.

• Customer service experience is a bonus but not required.
• Passion for footwear and active lifestyle.

Step Into Back to School & Seasonal Sales

We’re looking for Casual Sales Assistants to join The Athlete’s Foot team for our busy Back to School & Summer season at our Dubbo Store!

What You’ll Do

• Deliver amazing customer service and expert fit advice
• Help customers find their perfect Back to School footwear
• Work towards sales targets and KPIs
• Support stock, online orders and store presentation
• Bring energy, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude every day

What We’re Looking For

• Full availability from mid-November 2026 to mid-February 2027, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day
• Customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential
• Passion for footwear, sport and an active lifestyle
• A positive, motivated team player who loves a fast-paced environment
