The Athlete's Foot Australia & New Zealand in Dubbo is seeking a Seasonal Assistant to join the team for our Back to School and Summer season. This casual sales role in the Dubbo store offers you the chance to help customers find their perfect footwear while delivering friendly, expert service.

If you love footwear and a fast-paced team environment, have availability from mid-November 2026 to mid-February 2027 (including weekends and holidays), this could be a great fit.

Step Into Back to School & Seasonal Sales

We're looking for Casual Sales Assistants to join The Athlete's Foot team for our busy Back to School & Summer season at our Dubbo Store!

If you love footwear, enjoy helping people find their perfect fit, and thrive in a fast-paced team, we want you!

What You'll Do

• Deliver amazing customer service and expert fit advice


• Help customers find their perfect Back to School footwear


• Work towards sales targets and KPIs


• Support stock, online orders and store presentation


• Bring energy, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude every day

What We're Looking For

• Full availability from mid-November 2026 to mid-February 2027, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve & New Year's Day


• Customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential


• Passion for footwear, sport and an active lifestyle


• A positive, motivated team player who loves a fast-paced environment
