Job summary

The Athlete’s Foot Bowral is seeking Casual Sales Assistants to join our Back to School & Summer season team. You’ll deliver friendly customer service, expert footwear fitting and help customers find their perfect pair.

Availability from mid-November 2026 to mid-February 2027 (including weekends and peak hours) is required. You’ll enjoy a fun, energetic team culture, training opportunities and a 40% discount on Accent Group brands.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential.
• Passion for footwear, sport and an active lifestyle.
• Positive, motivated team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Full availability for seasonal period including weekends.

We’re looking for Casual Sales Assistants to join The Athlete’s Foot team for our busy Back to School & Summer season at our Bowral Store!

• Deliver amazing customer service and expert fit advice
• Help customers find their perfect Back to School footwear
• Work towards sales targets and KPIs
• Support stock, online orders and store presentation
• Bring energy, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude every day

What We’re Looking For

• Full availability from mid-November 2026 to mid-February 2027, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day
