Job summary

The Athlete’s Foot Ballarat is hiring Casual Sales Assistants for our busy Back to School and Summer season. If you love footwear and enjoy helping customers find their perfect fit, we want you on the team this November through February.

You’ll deliver great customer service, help shoppers with sizing and product selection, support stock and online orders, and contribute to a vibrant, fast-paced store culture. A positive attitude and willingness to work weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• Deliver amazing customer service and expert fit advice.
• Help customers find their perfect Back to School footwear.
• Work towards sales targets and KPIs.
• Support stock, online orders and store presentation.
• Bring energy, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude every day.

Responsibilities

• Full availability from mid-November 2026 to mid-February 2027, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day.
• Customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential.
• Passion for footwear, sport and an active lifestyle.
• A positive, motivated team player who loves a fast-paced environment.
