Job summary

The Athlete’s Foot Geelong is hiring casual Sales Assistants for the Back to School & Summer season. Join our fast-paced team and help customers find their perfect footwear while enjoying a supportive work environment.

You'll deliver exceptional service, aim for sales targets, and contribute to store presentation across busy November to February periods. Availability weekends and late nights is essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential.
• Passion for footwear, sport and an active lifestyle.
• Full availability mid-November 2026 to mid-February 2027, including weekends and holidays.

We’re looking for Casual Sales Assistants to join The Athlete’s Foot team for our busy Back to School & Summer season at our Geelong Store!

What You’ll Do

• Deliver amazing customer service and expert fit advice
• Help customers find their perfect Back to School footwear
• Work towards sales targets and KPIs
• Support stock, online orders and store presentation
• Bring energy, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude every day

What We’re Looking For

• Full availability from mid-November 2026 to mid-February 2027, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day
• Customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential
• Passion for footwear, sport and an active lifestyle
• A positive, motivated team player who loves a fast-paced environment
