Diya's Alteration's in Mt. Ommaney, QLD is seeking an experienced Seamstress or Tailor to join our team. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your sewing, alterations and tailoring talents.

You will expertly alter, repair and tailor a wide range of garments, provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, efficient workspace while collaborating with the team to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a seamstress or tailor with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent sewing, alterations and tailoring skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide expert advice.
• Familiarity with a range of sewing machines and equipment.
• Passion for the Trades & Services industry, particularly Tailoring & Dressmaking.

We are seeking an experienced Seamstress or Tailor to join our team at Diya's Alteration's in Mt. Ommaney, QLD 4074 Queensland. This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to showcase your talent and passion for sewing, alterations and tailoring.

What you'll be doing

Expertly altering, repairing and tailoring a wide range of garments and accessories

Providing exceptional customer service and advice to our clients

Maintaining a clean and organised workspace to ensure efficient workflows

Collaborating with the team to meet production targets and deadlines

Staying up-to-date with the latest sewing techniques and industry trends

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Seamstress or Tailor, with a strong portfolio of previous work

Excellent sewing, alterations and tailoring skills, with an eye for detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets

Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide expert advice

Familiarity with a range of sewing machines and equipment

Passion for the Trades & Services industry, particularly Tailoring & Dressmaking
