Amazon Leo seeks a Software Development Engineer to design, implement, and operate globally distributed systems enabling low-latency, near real-time analytics and agentic AI for autonomous operational intelligence. You will work on full-stack contributions across front-end, back-end, data infra, and AI/ML layers.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience for distributed systems.
• 1+ years of SDE or related occupational experience.
• 1+ years of OO design experience.
• Experience programming in at least one major language.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver full stack contributions across front-end, back-end, data infra and AI/ML layers.
• Design and implement multi-agent AI components for telemetry analysis and anomaly detection.
• Build agentic workflows to triage issues and provide actionable insights.
• Develop intelligent agents that reason across distributed systems.
• Implement RL-based agents to optimize performance under conditions.
• Build NLP interfaces and RAG systems for context-aware interactions.
• Design hybrid search strategies for semantic retrieval across patterns.
• Set up evaluation, testing pipelines and feedback loops.
• Develop a scalable S3-based Data Lakehouse with metadata management.
• Create OLAP analytics and global vector DB infra with metrics repository.
