Job summary

Mane Consulting is representing a leading Sydney-based University in search of a Scrum Master to join on an 18-month Fixed Term Contract. The role supports delivery of a major program of digital innovation projects within an agile environment.

You will facilitate scrum ceremonies, foster best practices, and work closely with Product Ownership and engineering leadership to ensure timely delivery while driving continuous improvement across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating scrum ceremonies and agile practices within multidisciplinary teams.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management at technical and leadership levels.
• University, Education or Public Sector experience is advantageous.
• Experience delivering business transformation and digital innovation objectives.
• Strong knowledge of software development practices.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Mane Consulting is representing a leading Sydney-based University in their search for a Scrum Master to join their team on an 18-month Fixed Term Contract basis. The Scrum Master - 18 Month FTC will support the delivery of a range of digital innovation projects as part of a major program of technical work

As a Scrum Master - 18 Month FTC, you will assist in the facilitation of scrum ceremonies and the adoption of agile practices within a multidisciplinary engineering team. Working closely with Product Ownership and the engineering leadership team, you will play a crucial role ensuring projects are delivered on time within a collaborative, agile environment. You will encourage and challenge individuals and teams to adopt effective, efficient ways of working, fostering an environment which promotes continuous improvement.

To be successful in this Scrum Master - 18 Month FTC role, you should have:

• Experience in facilitating scrum ceremonies and agile practices within multidisciplinary teams
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills at technical and leadership levels
• Prior experience in University, Education or Public Sector environments advantageous
• Experience in delivering business transformation and digital innovation centric objectives
• Strong knowledge of software development practices
