Job summary

Mane Consulting is representing a leading Sydney-based University in search of a Scrum Master to join on an 18-month Fixed Term Contract. The role supports delivery of a major program of digital innovation projects within an agile environment.

You will facilitate scrum ceremonies, foster best practices, and work closely with Product Ownership and engineering leadership to ensure timely delivery while driving continuous improvement across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating scrum ceremonies and agile practices within multidisciplinary teams.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management at technical and leadership levels.
• University, Education or Public Sector experience is advantageous.
• Experience delivering business transformation and digital innovation objectives.
• Strong knowledge of software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies and promote agile practices within a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and engineering leadership to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Encourage continuous improvement and foster efficient, collaborative ways of working.
