Job summary

Wynnum State High School is seeking a proactive Science Technician to join our team in a permanent, full-time role commencing January 2027. You will support the Science Department by preparing practical experiments, maintaining laboratory equipment and resources, and ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment for students and staff.

Responsibilities include preparing samples, managing chemical hazards, maintaining spaces and equipment, and assisting teachers during practical activities

About The Role

In this role, you will play an important part in supporting our Science Department by preparing practical experiments, maintaining laboratory equipment and resources, and ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment for students and staff.
