Townsville Catholic Education seeks a School Officer – Laboratory Assistant for Mary Help of Christians Catholic College, Shaw. This permanent, term-time role is 16.5 hours per week over 3 days, with responsibilities in logistics and administration to keep the Science department running smoothly.

You will support teachers, coordinate classroom resources, and uphold student safety and learning in a Catholic school setting in North Queensland.

Qualifications

• Experience providing logistical support in a school or office setting.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work under direction and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistical support and organisation within the Science department.
• Handle administrative tasks to maintain efficient lab operations.
• Report to the Science Curriculum Leader and support teachers and students.
