Job summary

Marcellin College Randwick is seeking a Science Coordinator to lead science education across Years 7–12 and drive excellence in teaching and student outcomes. You will shape curriculum, mentor staff and advocate best practices within a Catholic school community.

About You

The Science Coordinator leads the delivery of education within the Science Department across Years 7 to 12. They support the strategic direction of the College through the leadership of effective teaching and learning programs, fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment for girls within and beyond the classroom.
The Science Coordinator provides leadership that promotes excellence in teaching and learning and facilitates professional growth in staff and enables all students to achieve their personal best. You'll bring to this role:

• high level expertise in Science with experience in teaching Stage 6
• proven leadership skills in curriculum development
• strong classroom management and student well-being focus
• ability to create inclusive, rigorous learning experiences
• a tertiary qualification in Education and NESA accreditation.
