St Brendan-Shaw College in Devonport is seeking a proactive Sports Coordinator to manage the college's co-curricular sport program for years 7–12. You will coordinate activities, support coaches and volunteers, and develop systems for efficient program delivery.

The role involves planning events, risk assessments, and collaborating with families and staff to enhance student outcomes within a Catholic, co-educational environment.

Formación

• Qualification and/or experience relevant to the position (Admin and/or Sport).
• Valid Working with Vulnerable People Registration.
• Experience working within a school environment (desirable).
• Current First Aid qualification and Community Surf Rescue Certificate (Desirable).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all aspects of extra-curricular sport within the College, across all levels of ability.
• Oversee and have direct responsibility for sports coaches and volunteers.
• Maintain systems and procedures for efficient and effective co-curricular sport.
• Prepare reports, proposals and submissions.
• Plan risk assessments and associated communications.
• Plan, organise and oversee major events (sports nights, breakfasts, carnivals, trips).
• Collaborate with parents/guardians and volunteers to enhance student outcomes.
