Job summary

Geneva Christian College in the Devonport area, Tasmania, seeks a School Principal to inspire and empower its learning community while upholding its Christian mission.

The successful candidate will lead whole-school improvement, strengthen student outcomes, develop staff, and build partnerships with families, churches and the wider community, aligning culture, teaching and operations with the College’s values.

This is a permanent, full‑time leadership role reporting to the College Board.

A School Principal role for Geneva Christian College based just outside of Devonport, Tasmania

The central role of the Principal is to inspire and empower the College learning community and to ensure that the mission, vision and Christian character of Geneva Christian College are expressed consistently in its culture, educational program and operations. The Principal is responsible for leading whole-school improvement, strengthening student outcomes, developing staff, building productive partnerships and ensuring the College is operated responsibly.
