Job summary

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong educational leadership, commitment to child safety and reconciliation, with active involvement in faith life and a collaborative approach with families and parish.

About the Role

John Paul II Catholic School, Rokeby is currently seeking applications from passionate and experienced educational leaders to undertake the role of Principal. As the Principal you will work collaboratively and effectively to lead staff, students and the wider community to ensure that students receive quality education in accordance with Catholic faith and Christian principles.

Responsibilities and Requirements

Lead the John Paul II Catholic School community with purpose as a Principal.

• Demonstrate their active, regular involvement in Sunday worship and sacramental life.
• Embrace and model Jesus' mission for the Church, living and sharing the Catholic faith.
• Lead and support a culture of highly effective learning and teaching so that all students may grow in their academic achievement and social development.
• Model constructive leadership and commitment to personal development in faith, ongoing professional development, health and well-being.

• Contribute to the strategic vision for the school to guide continuous and effective improvement.
