About the Role

Reporting to and working closely with the Executive Director, the successful Principals will:

• Provide strategic, educational and operational leadership.
• Foster a culture of excellence in teaching, learning and student wellbeing.
• Lead and develop high-performing staff and leadership teams.
• Build strong partnerships with families, students and the broader community.
• Drive continuous improvement and long-term school success.
• Uphold and model Christian values within the school community.

These positions offer a high level of executive support, with Principals working closely with the Executive Director and broader leadership team. The organisation values collaborative leadership, shared decision-making and a collective approach to achieving strong educational outcomes.
