You will collaborate with school leadership and suppliers, manage stock, develop menus using local ingredients, and deliver meals within school hours.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chef with Cert 3 and 4 in Commercial Cookery.
• Experience cooking in bulk quantities in large settings such as schools, retail, or aged care.
• Strong knowledge of allergen management and food safety.
• Ability to work with primary school children and adapt menus.
