Job summary

The role requires coordinating a diverse range of school events, from Awards Night to graduation ceremonies, while working with the Business Manager and leadership team.

You will oversee event planning, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement to ensure events are delivered professionally and to a high standard.

• Sound judgement, initiative and the ability to build productive relationships across staff, students, families and community.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate planning, organisation and delivery of major school events (Awards Night, Graduation, Open Days, information evenings).
• Develop and maintain an annual school events calendar with schedules, milestones and responsibilities.
• Oversee event planning including venue prep, facilities coordination, equipment, catering and guest invitations.
