Job summary
Bytewize Consulting is seeking highly experienced IT professionals to join our team in Victoria to deliver technical support services to the Department of Education through the Technical Support to Schools Program (TSSP). These are contract, casual, or permanent roles with salary pro-rata.
You will manage and maintain ICT infrastructure in schools, support staff and students, and administer complex enterprise environments.
Qualifications
- Administration of Windows and Linux-based servers.
- MDM deployment and administration.
- Advanced enterprise networking (Cisco & HP switching).
- SOE and image deployment with troubleshooting skills.
- Experience supporting large fleets of desktops/notebooks.
- Experience with 1:1 and BYOD device planning/deployment/management.
- Strong technical documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
- Administer and support school networks and server environments.
- Provide ICT support services in large, technology-driven learning environments.
- Collaborate with school leadership teams and deliver ICT training.
