Job summary

Waverley Christian College is seeking a dedicated Assistant Property Manager for its Wantirna South Campus. The full-time role starts in December 2026 and supports the maintenance program across planning, building projects, security, traffic management and grounds work.

Hours are generally 7:30am – 4pm with rotating start/finish times. You will join a collaborative team in a Christian educational community and contribute to a well-kept school environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership capability and building and property maintenance experience.
• Carpentry, maintenance and trade backgrounds will be highly regarded.
• Health and safety minded with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and managing maintenance programs, building projects and grounds work.
• Support security, traffic management and general campus maintenance at the Wantirna South campus.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure a well-kept environment for the school community.
