Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operation, maintenance, and upkeep of school buildings, grounds, and facilities.
• Manage preventative maintenance programs and oversee repairs, contractor works, and minor capital projects.
• Ensure compliance with building, safety, OH&S, and regulatory requirements across all campuses.
• Support emergency management, security systems, risk mitigation, and workplace safety initiatives.
• Conduct facility inspections and maintain accurate maintenance, compliance, and safety documentation.
• Manage contractor engagement, induction, and compliance processes.
• Oversee and enhance property management systems, including maintenance, asset management, contractor, and sustainability platforms.
• Monitor building performance and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Assist with property budget preparation, reporting, and financial monitoring.
• Support school events and ensure facilities are appropriately prepared and operational.
• Provide leadership and operational support across school campuses, including sporting facilities and campsites.
• Act as the Property Manager during periods of leave and absence.
