Job summary

Trinity Grammar School Summer Hill – Huskisson NSW seeks an experienced Property Manager to lead the Field Studies Centre operations, maintenance and compliance. The role combines property management, facilities leadership and practical maintenance, including overseeing contractors and performing day-to-day tasks to keep the Centre safe and functional.

Reporting to the Residential Operations Coordinator, you will develop maintenance plans, manage budgets and drive safety, continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Leadership in property or facilities management.
• Experience coordinating contractors and service providers.
• Strong maintenance planning and preventative maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of WHS and safe work procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and presentation of the Field Studies Centre campus.
• Inspect and perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs.
• Coordinate contractors to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality works.
• Manage maintenance schedules, service programs, and capital projects.
• Develop safe work procedures and compliance processes.
• Lead risk management, emergency response, and WHS initiatives.
