• Work with groups of young people to plan interventions that connect them to education.
• Provide platforms for student voice and leadership opportunities; tailor activities to their needs.
• Facilitate information sessions for parents to boost understanding of the education system and engagement.
• Coordinate professional learning for staff on cultural responsiveness; plan workshops for school and community.
• Facilitate access to homework clubs and afterschool programs for mentoring beyond school.
• Support rollout of the cultural competency framework to strengthen inclusivity.
• Participate in statewide communities of practice and planning days with other officers.
