• Availability: Weekend availability is mandatory.
• Skills & Attributes: Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.

• Coffee Preparation: Expertly prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages.
• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and ensure an exceptional experience.
• Shop Operations: Open and close the shop efficiently, ensuring all tasks are completed.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular cleaning of equipment and surfaces.
• Waste Management: Take out bins as necessary.
• MarketShifts: Participate in Saturday/Sunday market shifts as required.
• Money Handling: Process payments accurately and manage the cash register.
• Kitchen Assistance: Perform basic kitchen-hand tasks during downtime or as needed.

Employment Details
