Job summary

Martian Logic Pty in Melbourne is seeking caring individuals to join as Casual School Bus Supervisors, supporting students with specialist needs to travel safely to and from school.

Responsibilities

• Assist with safe boarding and alighting on SWD routes.
• Support students with dignity and reassurance during transfers.
• Coordinate with drivers, families, schools, and coordinators.
• Maintain calm, safe environment on bus during shifts.

We're looking for caring, compassionate people to join us as Casual School Bus Supervisors, supporting students with specialist needs and/or intellectual disabilities to travel safely to and from school.

About the Role

• Casual, on?call work during school terms only
• Morning and afternoon school runs (split shifts, Monday to Friday)
• Supporting students on Students with Disability (SWD) routes
• Working closely with drivers, families, schools, and coordinators
• Ensuring safe, respectful pick?up and drop?off of each student
• Being part of a team that puts care and dignity first
