Job summary

Kinetic is the region's leading bus operator, offering a casual driver role across school, charter, route, and special event services. You will maintain safety and high service levels while providing dependable transportation for passengers throughout Perth and surrounding areas.

The position requires an MR license, WA PTD accreditation, and a Working with Children Check, with annual reviews and ongoing training. Applicants must be flexible to work weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and enjoy working with the public.
• Current MR driving licence or above.
• Current WA PTD accreditation and Working with Children Check.
• Experience and knowledge of Perth Metro area.
• First Aid with CPR.
• Be able to pass a pre‑employment physical examination and medical history check.
• Unlimited Australian Work Rights.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will provide safe, professional, and customer focused transport services across school, charter, route, and special event operations while ensuring the highest standards of safety and service. Must be flexible and available to work across a 7-day operation, including weekends and public holidays, as shifts are allocated based on operational requirements and no fixed roster is guaranteed.

• Status: Casual
• Hourly rate: $41.76 base rate + penalties as per the PTV Award.
• Achieve high standards in all parts of your work including safe driving practices
