Job summary

CatholicCare Sydney is seeking a proactive Rostering & Client Services Coordinator based in Liverpool, NSW. This role handles inbound enquiries, manages rosters for clients and support workers, and guides staff to ensure quality care.

You will build strong client relationships and optimize utilization and costs. Ideal candidates will have experience in scheduling, supervision, and familiarity with CDC/aged care.

Qualifications

  • Experience in scheduling and rostering to meet client needs.
  • Experience supervising and motivating others to deliver quality care.
  • Knowledge of CDC and aged care sector is desirable.
  • Understanding worker entitlements and Modern Awards.
  • Strong computer skills and use of client management systems.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for inbound calls and roster management.
  • Outbound calls to clients and support workers to manage rosters.
  • Supervise and guide Support Workers on day-to-day basis.
  • Build relationships with clients and staff.
  • Optimize staff utilization and roster cost efficiency.
  • Handle incidental changes to service provision and identify solutions.

About the role
  • First point of contact for all inbound calls
  • Outbound calls to existing clients and support workers to manage rosters
  • Supervising and providing day-to-day guidance and support to the Support Workers
  • Building relationships with clients & staff
  • Optimising staff utilization and roster cost efficiency
  • Manage any incidental changes to service provision and to identify solutions based on evolving customer needs

About you

Some of the key criteria to be a successful candidate:

  • A “can-do” attitude with a positive & professional approach
  • Experience in scheduling and ability to use plan rosters efficiently to meet client needs, worker availability and business efficiency
  • Experience in supervising and motivating others to deliver best practice care and services to clients in a professional manner
  • Knowledge of current social services sector, including consumer directed care (CDC), with knowledge of the Aged Care Sector highly desirable
  • Understanding of worker entitlements and Modern Awards
  • Outstanding computer skills especially in client management system (Carelink+ or similar) database and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
